speed to free user are not fixed. its priority wise..
if a premium user are downloading files from that server will give them full speed and free is limited. if a number of free user in a server is more than 100 will get speed more limited..
its hard to explain here. just check your self . you will get better speed when there is low free users connected on that server.
give us 72 hours to check and fix that else we will refund you.
if it will not fix in 72 hours create a ticket in billing department. we will refund you
it was for 1 min . because we was restarted our main server.
yes stats r frozen today . And i am seeing same stat for atleast 4 hours now . Can anything be done or we keep loosing money like tat ??Bz u say stas are ok but with my experience stats cant go tat drastic up and low one day 30 and other day 10 times of it . pls fix this issues

created a ticket and still stats not fixed

Stat was working fine. but our site was having problem in opening.

So will the stat for yesterday update as u said that stats were working but my report the stats were the same for whole yesterday mate . And will any compensation for it will be provided if stats will remain same as if they were for yesterday

its simple see the last few day record for example last 3 days and then devide by 3 what ever be the avg u can or u can decide it 1$ or 2$ or wat ever u think may be justful bz last 3 days show u how well or bad uploader do if u wanna take more days then u can but there were problems with stats then but then it was for sometime so i dint demand for any of compensation . bz its really tiring when we upload something and we dont get aanything out of it .Hope u get my intensions right .

you are not getting my point we have not only one user. and adding money to user account 1, 2 $ to all users manualy is verry hard. sorry we cant do it.
