and we delete daily 100 + files because of DMCA Emails. we cant ignore it.
its allready written in our TOS.

and really why we will delete as much file downloads will earn us income. sales etc..

Coral. U should be aware Of The Great Fact That Uploader Of The same Forum sometimes Inform You that This File is This and That in jealousy and without verifying whether This was EMAIL To You send By Original Content Owner or Fraud, U starts deleting files.
This is very Bad in Long Run And I can see Your Dark Days Ahead.
You will be choosen By Only few selected Uploader who Uploads 1 or 2 GB Per Day But Heavy Uploader Will sure Skip You.
So, U have still Time Now to Prove Yourself.
What U do If u gets Email about DMCA.

You're pathetic, (taking advantage of uploaders who are in need of money..) Why not go out and get a real job if it's all so bad instead of whining like a little kid that got his toys taken away. The servers you mentioned took advantage also,, in the meltdown fileserve & filesonic made a killing by just closing the door with no warning what soever. Hotfile has done the same to uploaders, and in a flash have just terminated hundreds of uploader accounts without paying.
As I said, if it's so bad, get a real job. Or if you feel you can do better then this guy,, get a loan and start your own file sharing site.
