Webmoney does not require any personal information because they already have it. Moreover other file hosts do not demand personal info for webmoney.

@kelebra, they really do require that info and other file hosts also ask for the details. Besides, this matter was already discussed a few times in different threads on Wjunction. But the main point is if you don't want to provide extra details, just use BTC for payouts.
