@kelebra, we just follow Webmoney requirements as many other file hosts. But you can use BTC for payouts and don't provide any info except your BTC address.
@kelebra, they really do require that info and other file hosts also ask for the details. Besides, this matter was already discussed a few times in different threads on Wjunction. But the main point is if you don't want to provide extra details, just use BTC for payouts.
