I opened a ticket. Nitroflare sent the money to my wallet, but the transfer failed AML verification and was returned to them. I wrote to Nitroflare asking them to resend the money, but they replied that they didn't care.

I had a similar problem before on another file-sharing service, but it was resolved much more easily; they simply repeated the payment. Why the Nitroflar administration doesn't want to repeat the payment is a mystery to me.
If everything is still working fine for you and payouts are coming normally, I don’t see a real reason to switch just because their support moved
most uploaders are just continuing as usual and keeping a backup host on the side just in case. If you ever notice issues with earnings or delays, then it makes sense to start looking around
