I read that many uploaders have issue with refunds. How did this happen?

Did the downloaders ask for a refund after they downloaded the premium files?

The "Downloaders" they called to their banks and asked to claim and opend dispute ( Chargeback ) - by new rules of visa/mastercard clients can dispute up to 360 Days.

Nobody uses NF to download if there are mirrors links. NF download speed is 20KB/s the lowest of any host out there.

they just making us fool nothing elese guys my account haceked they not return my payment for the premium some one buy premium in my account and now they say not send u refund what a fucking drama they start with uploaders i have all prove also i dont care for my account now but i am sure they are 100% cheating with Uploaders

If your account was hacked, what can they do about that, when is your fault. If someone hack your bank account too, noone with refund you, because it happened because of your fault.
And don't spend time replying here, just think how to use that premium, to download/upload stuff from sites which use Nitroflare and you can re-earn those money again.

That is my idea.
