I think the problem with uploading to ftp is solved. I uploaded several large files and they appeared in the file manager.

Nope, they changed your option to MAKE FILES PREMIUM, go to your panel and change it to DISABLE PREMIUM ...
That is why your downloads statistic are low ... I guess

It was same for me, from 600 downloads per day, files were changed to premium and I got around 150 download in that day, till I discovered what the problem was.

I changed ftp server fixed now.
