I just checked the response made by
Alex87 and in no way it should not violate the TOS. And the response made my host is too stupid.
The host replied you are connected to the person who has purchased the account. Obviously to market the product the affiliate marketer has to be connected with the person to sell their product. In
Alex87 case, he owns a website and so he knows most of his regular users and that regular user supported him by buying a premium account from him. In such a case, the commission needs to be trasferred. But the host shaved the sales.
Because there is no way that you can determine whether the purchased person and the marketer is known each other unless
1) They share the same IP (logging, registered, purchase)
2) Unless they use the same PC or same browser
Other than these, there is no way a system can detect whether both are the same.
And the host ends the support officially because people started to question them about the malpractice. If they are genuine they should answer the queries in a humble way.
And most of their reply is too arrogant because they are thinking, people have no other website to upload and they tend to believe that whatever happens, uploaders will retain with them. This should be changed.
