I had several cases where sales were not counted and nitroflare tech support told me that the problem might be in the user's incorrectly configured cookies.
Cookies are very unstable for tracking sales. It is better to use account activations when downloading the first file after purchasing a premium.

@Jonnie @Telsek I notice 2 problems with sales

1. they are still many debrid that have nitroflare
and
2. when the users buy premium with browser in private mode without using cookies the system dosent count the sale.
i think the system need that the browser to use cookies to count the sale

Nitroflare is clean from debrids.
