That rule is set this year for new accounts, to have at least 5 sales before be able to make first request.
Good old times:
New times, bad sale arround 1 (or 2) month:
I write Jonnie for consult, but not answer.
I try change premium only all files, arround 1 weeks through, and make back, because lost many earn ppd, and not better pps.
