Is there any issue with pay processor in past few days? Clicks and downloads stats are normal but suddenly sales are way down, almost to zero. Anyone else having this problem?

anybody using premium account please told me about the bandwith , now still limit 25GB/day or not ? because i dont see any information about the bandwith for premium user in the site
