After it I also replied the mail but they are not replying anymore (9days)
Well, I was already a premium for long period, I did not download at all. so I didn't need premium to buy that time to abuse system ( few people buy subscription,after works done they claim refund). Moreover, wonder to see support dont realize an affiliate who is premium don't need to do it~ They replied like trained parrot. also as they said tech problem, it must be a tech issue caus there was no warning/alert page before buy
