I am premium. are files being removed for inactivity again? in last 4-5 days abt 400gb of data removed for Inactivity. Bought premium specifically for this purpose.

I also want to concern this since when we set our files premium only... Free users can't able to download in this way our premium only files are not safe even they are generating good amount of sales.. please Jonie if possible do explain

There could be many reasons,
1. our abuse system detected this payment as fraud
2. our abuse system detected you bought from your self or asked someone to buy from your link
3. the customer didnt bought from your link
4. the customer use browser without cookies

3. the customer didnt bought from your link

not any , Everything is normal , They do not give me my share of knowing , I did not do fraud , but they are doing
