Without premium Ftp is not ok because it is always hidden in front of registered user.

I got a premium 2 months back and i didn't upload much but now i want premium and support is not here.

Now only way to find a support is directly shooting on their site. Submitting a request there and hoping that they will make doggy happy this time :)

but why?

why need support?

you look like you are patient who needs doctor.

a lot of people like me are uploading and downloading and getting sales without problem, neltoad is BIG company, and their system is quite stable compared to those shitty new popup hosts who have bugs and issue every day due to huge spammers, NOT?

you have problem remote uploading, why not wait a few moments or try other methods, there are FTP, there are web upload, there are zoom upload, there are remote upload.

do you think netload is like filesonic / fileserve when they started to promote themselves by creating a support thread here in WJ?

NL doesn't need to do this, dude... they are big company,how big they are? see how they survive with paypal nowadays, it's enough to see how big they are. NL has big amount of users, they don't need to create a support thread wasting time with so many spammers crying something like

"stats frozen"
"remote upload too slow"
"ftp is not for free, come on...."
"can you upgrade me to premium"
"when can you pay"
"4 days without any sale"
"yesterday no sale"

you know what, those other hosts are tired of these shit and request their thread to be closed.


without money, your internet speed is not ok either, isn't it simple like that?

but as i see it, i want netload to close all upload method for free users, simple as that, yeah.

it's a blessing to be able to work with netload, even paying to work with netload is not a big deal at all.

remember extabit even NOT let you work with their affiliate program even if you upgrade to premium,LOL, so, what's the big deal to use premium to upload via FTP?



whoever is poor and silly enough to struggle with 10 dollars of a netload premium in order to use the ftp must be 10 year old kid!

maybe these people can try PTC clicks :facepalm: earning a few cents is more suitiable for them.

What the Hell.. :O

I talked about ftp and you explained so so much in so many words. Thanks man.:) Its been a long time since anyone has posted more than 500+ words here on filehost section. Anyway i am a webmaster so netload provided me premium this time as they did it for last time so chill up and you can call me a patient as you like and i will not bite you i promise.. :P

yes, you are right.

nothing is forever, everything is a matter of time, including our lives.

risk is everywhere, nobody knows if we are going to get hit by a car every time we cross the road. there is a hidden risk.

what i am saying is, treasure what we have, what we can enjoy, what we can work with, yeah ,netload, so anybody wants to quit netload because of the hidden risk?

NO, we keep working with netload until some day we got screwed by paypal

i have some question about Netload.
1. Is remote upload faster with Premium Account? And how long it takes to upload 200-300mb file with premium?
2. How often you got sales?
 
answer 1. No remote upload speed is same for both premium and free user. 200-300 mb file gets uploaded within 30 to 60 seconds normally but sometimes it takes just 2 to 5 seconds for me.
2. Regular
 
i gave up from other upload method than FTP, is the best way to upload on Netload, zoom most of times have problems, web upload too, RU you have to try 5 times for the same file....to success(and canìt even rename files), best way is FTP for me.
