Aren't they hold the payment for 1 week? and release the payment after holding 1 week?
I suggested WM for mostly Russians users but many users finds WM useful for them. About Payza i am not sure but i think it should work like Extabit doing. Though they are taking charges for that but still they have the option. NL guys needs to look for some partner for Payza.
But the main thing is that Bank Wire for International Users should be there in any cost.
Lets hope what they've developed.
As we need a permanent solution, so we need WM and Bank Transfer is a must. About Moneybookers and payza, NL have tried with them and they will actually create problem now and then as we have seen the recent incidents with other filehost as well.
In that case, LR would be a good option with cutting some charges even. Even payoneer would be a good option too.

the best option for everybody would be moneygram and western union. No idea why they didn't think about. I would prefer to pay the fees but at least u get the money instantly and without problems.
Webmoney is CRAP, both for customers and for affiliates. As long as ur not living in Russia or Ukraine or former sovietic republics it's completely useless. All those idiotic purses, passports, etc. Everytime you need an exchanger in order to convert that virtual currency in real money and every exchanger is asking fees and half ton of documents, passport scans etc. in order to process the exchange and they make u wait even one week.

or maybe you just dont understand it or didnt bother to.
WME transfer only takes 30 mins. or less and im nowhere near Russia lol. and no i didnt even give them any document scan or whatsoever.

ok then explain me please how are you converting the WMZ WMR WMCRAP into real money without losing days. You try a bank transfer and u find out all their partner banks are in Russia Turkmenistan Kazakhstan Fuckstan etc. Then you give up and u try an exchanger and they start telling you that you are not yet a trusted member so u must send them a passport scan, a electric bill scan, then to wait 7-10 days and to pay a 5%-10% fee in order to have the crap changed in $ and sent to your paypal or bank account. Then you give up and you try to talk with somebody from WM support on ICQ but you find just people not able to speak a single word in English. The only one who has been able to say 2 words in English has been a WM exchanger from Turkmenistan who did explain me that basically there is no fast way to convert the money.
