I check that there is no error at our system.
It is just we have plenty of uploads last couple of days so new file are queue for encoding.

I test download several times and I have no issue for doing that.
Please try to clear cookie & cache or use private browsing such as incognito mode at chrome

Hello,

We already optimize and adding more encoding servers at that time, but we also had new user everyday, some of them doing a lot of upload that make queue is longer than ussual. As long as they didn't abuse our servers and get decent traffic, there is no rules that they break.
We will sort this out, meanwhile please be patient.
