Nothing wrong with the encoding, it is just we have plenty of uploads last few days and many files queue at encoding servers. We will improve it soon.

It is a glitch at mysql, so it didn't happen all the time.

Hello,

Use another methode of uploading.
No other issue from our side.
At the days when you got your files are "in download que" because we got huge upload simultaneously, it didn't happen everytime though.

I'm sorry to hear that but I can't cancel payment that already sent, my exchanger already process it.
I strongly suggest you to change your password immidiately to avoid this thing happen in the future.
