Hello, yes Spain has been added to tier 2.

Very strange, because I just checked 1mn ago, and I got an interface with some English, but also some 'strange' French's translation words (I am currently using a French IP)

After some research, we have found that adding Italy to tier 2 is a good idea. So we have added Italy to Tier 2.
