If you enable Security Lock then you need email verification to change account details such as Email ID or Password. If disabled, you may change right away if you know the current password. It is for extra security of your account.

The pay rates are SAME and we haven't moved any country. If you still doubt us, I would request you to test yourself with a different network/computer or RDP

Yes we pay via PayPal as well but the payout request is $50 minimum and the request can be made until Saturday.
