All these tools do is echo a random number into the end of a file thus causing all of the various checksum hash algorithms to reflect a new value.

In Linux you simply do something like:
echo $RANDOM >> fileYouWantToChange.zip

In lame ass boring Windoze I'm sure you could do the same using a Batch file, but its probably been 20 years since I've considered even looking at a Batch file so I wouldn't know any sure fire way to do this. But the process would be the same and I'm sure a little Googling around can help you convert the Linux command above to Batch.
