Goes to My Account Settings and press in Disable at Security Lock.
You will receive a link in your email.
When you open this link the security lock will be disable.
Then you can delete the files.

Added after 8 minutes:

i was banned in the end of Jan/beginning Feb
after a week i was unbanned by lumzechai.
all my files were removed and i didn't upload any new file
but i have a lot of rebills every day, had % for site sales and % for referral's sales.

and today, when i was waiting for my payment, i was banned again!
there is no reason to bann me in this time. i have no files, i didn't try to upload and post anything. that's mean i could not have abuses, could not violate TOS of service.

so guys, take into consideration my situation.
remember that you can be banned in every minute even if you don't upload nothing terrible or etc.
