@lumzechai I sent you PM.....2 files uploaded 8 days ago removed by dmca , backup files broken
and 1 file uploaded in december also removed by DMCA , backup still working!!!
So the problem is not DMCA , and not if file is uploaded last year or days ago.
This problem was never FIXED

We adding button auto cancel recurring payment in My Account.
If you make ticket support to billing team, i think your request processed.
I emailed lumfile, no response, I opened a ticket at billing with this info, never got a ticket number so I can't check up on the ticket nor did I get an email saying a response was given. And everytime I try to access my account info for last few days I get that picture that says
"We are upgrading the system
Sometime, there will be some error occurs during access lumfile.com.
After upgrade will be more stable.
We apologize for the inconvenience."
How can I get my ticket number so I can check up on the status of my ticket? It didn't give me one when I created a ticket.
