How do I cancel my account?

I have been trying to cancel my account but can't seem to figure out how, and I keep getting billed monthly. I see no options under my account settings. Can someone please direct me to how to cancel my account?

Recurring Payment will not be good for Lumfile reputation! I think that is time you review it!
I saw the same problem in Oron on the past!
When they canceled recurring payment, the sales increased!

Sales is fine, rebills is fine just run a stable host and all will be good. Spox 1 troll isn't proof if he can find his way here to complain he can also cancel a recurring payment.

I saw the same problem in Oron on the past!
When they canceled recurring payment, the sales increased!

As long as you have a way to cancel repayment I don't mind that option. But making people sign up for recurring payment and not giving them a way to cancel it is shady

Account banned???

My account (Z2k3) has been banned since yesterday. What is the reason for this ban? I never share account, only use it at home, you can do IP check for this.

@lumzechai So you are saying that all rebills that i have was cancelled ?Your rebill system works perfect, the problem with cc gateway sending you wrong info was fixed and all my refferalls that dont have a star anymore their subscription was cancelled ?
Of course my reffearalls will appear with no star if CC company send you the wrong info , but they still may have a subscription!!
This will found out verry soon!!
I sent you PM and ask you to check a list of users if their subscription is still active because for me will look all without stars if the cc companty sent you wrong info!
You just make me to send PM's in forums to all users who bought premium last month !!

But where is the info about how to cancel the recurring payment?
There is no one.
This way, the users are FORCED to pay, because they don't have option to cancel it in by the site.
Don't you agree that it's not good for the users?
They must have "easy" option to choice!

^that just a trick to confuse link reporter or make it harder for someone to report your links.

anyway, one thing I find out today:
when your links are dead in your personal blog and your visitor buy premium from your dead links, then you will get nothing but Lum will get your earning 100%.[¬_¬]

not a good system. hope you fix this Lum. keep affiliate cookies even though downloader click on dead links. renew their cookies only when they visit a live link from another uploader...that will much fair & better.

take a look at Ryushare, they will keep affiliate cookie even though downloader buy premium account from dead file/link and you will get sales credit rightly. affiliate cookies will be refreshed/renewed when they visit a live link from another uploader only.

Because i have only 2 sale on last 20 days.before currupt lumfile database will be getting minimum 15 to 20 sales with in 20 days but now only 2
