Please check stats and servers yesterday 91\0 downloads today have 9\0 downloads how come ?!
There is a simple question to answer... Who likes to be "FORCED" to pay by anything?...80% sales request for us cancel recurring payment. ... If they really love lumfile, they will back and buy premium buy 3 months or more.
... Any downloader want cancel it, because they just want download file sort time
The reply is simple... NOBODY!!!
80% is almost 100% of users! The most of them hate Recurring Payment!
It means...
80% will not buy premium again because they will not want need to cancel the Recurring Payment after purchase premium everytime.
80% will prefer download as Free user than buy "FORCED" more 30 days if they don't want to buy 60 days.
80% prefer wait the first 30 days expire and see if the filehost will not close and they lose money because that.
80% want freedom of choice to decide if they will continue as premium user!
Recurring Payment is not good for the sales. I think is time you review that.
As you said... If the users like Lumfile they will buy premium again, but they don't need to be forced to do it!
And there is simple argument...
If a user buy 3 times premium of 30 days without be forced, he will pay 12.99+12.99+12.99= 38.97
And if a user buy 1 time premium of 90 days, he will pay 31.99
So, the question is... What will be better for us, 3 times of 30 days or 1 time of 90 days?
If they are free to choice, some of them will see that is better buy 90 days premium and other will continue buying 30 days.
But the difference is that they will can choice what is better for them!
If we want to have good sales, you need to disable the Recurring Payment.
Will be better for all!!!

Reccuring payments (when will work ) is a must !!I think all uploaders like that !!That was one of the reasons i joined lumfile !Who doesnt want it second month can cancel it with a simple e-mail!!
Reccuring payments have all major hosts !!I hope lumfile will not even consider to delete reccuring ......and i am almost sure that is not 80% cancelled !!With RG maybe 30-40% was cancelled .....if really is 80% cancelled then lumzechai must check what users doesnt like.This is not uploaders problem anymore!!Is about the service offered!
If you dont like it go with other filehost!
Reccuring payments was requested by uploaders (i was one of them)....at the begin it wasnt reccuring .....anyway even 20% is + and not -
@lumzechai any updates about checking with payment gateway staff about Orders Number ?

And to cancel this charge you need to send an email to request for it.

When you buy you see.....you can send an e-mail next minute !!
I have megashares subscription about 4 months (more but i dont remember :D ) and i like it and never cancelled......for some is good for some not !!But you have more options!!And more options are everytime better then none!!In fact you are not forced....you can cancel ...is not something hard to do!!
When will be more and more download links with lumfile (like was filesonic) , then everybody will love it.I saw 1 who said live if you dont like .....for him smaller competition if there will be only your will links with lumfile u will have exact 0 sales dude!!More uploaders are always welcomed!!
if service is ok (download speeds, site loading fast etc) and your content is ok why he will be unhappy?

I REPEAT, THIS ASSHOLE CHARGED MY ACCOUNT TWICE, ONCE ON THE 18TH OF DECEMBER AND AGAIN THE NEXT DAY
HE BANS MY ACCOUNT ALL THE TIME CLAIMING DL'ING FROM MULTIPLE IPs. I AM NOT DOING THAT.

so if lum does a check on your ip and sees multible ips then he will know if you are shareing your accounts
and if you doing false credit card numbers cc processor does check and charge chargebacks

I bought premium account from lumfile , i was NOT recharge, i never had a problem even if i logged in from 2 IP's (RDP and home PC)
and you said what was the reason (DL'ING FROM MULTIPLE IPs).Maybe your shared account was reported to lumzechai by me , i report any shared account that i see.
Lumfile will never ban your account if you are not sharing your account !!

even my old account never got banned nor my new one i have and ive bought premium on my old account and new accounts and have never been double charged and i havent herd no one else complaining bout this

9 out of 10 of my uploads keeps failing with zoom,what a waste of time and bandwidth.

Your account is sharing by multi IP connected within one hour, I opened for you many times before and warning you but you always repeat that. It auto detect by our system protect.
