I REPEAD -- I am not able to open a Ticket !!!!!!!!!!! i have 2 or 3 request's OPEN wich are NEVER been answerd !!!!

I will give you a little incentive -- as of now i will seek ANY upload's to Lumfile to find Copyrighted Material and report them to the Copyright Holders !!

Sorry guy's there is no other way to deal with Ripoff Artist's like this --

How can I request cancel recurring payment (auto renewal)?

Please login your account and go to My Account
If you see button Cancel subscription, please press this button and press OK for confirm it.
If not see button. You no need do anything. Your payment is DO NOT recurring payment.
 
Lumzechai, is there any problem with sales?

Many users of lumfile that i asked in forums have no sales the last days. How is this possible?

Please check what is going on.

It's time to fix the e6 server. Users are always complaining - the download speed is only 10-200 kb with a premium account.

speeds dropped had been checked 3 to 4 files getting arround 500kbps for premiums

Hi. I would like to purchase Lumfile Lifetime Premium Membership. I would like to use the premium membership as backup storage for personal files. Does Lumfile guarantee that the files uploaded by lifetime premium member will not be deleted from Lumfile servers? Does Lumfile guarantee that all the files uploaded by lifetime premium member will not be deleted even they are not being downloaded for 90 days?Are the files stored in your servers being kept safely? Will they be deleted accidentally?


For your information, I am not able to receive your SMS code, so I am not able to purchase the lifetime membership. I use credit card mainly for online purchases. Do you accept Paypal as payment method please?

lumfile stole my money, (15dollars) they dont reply my emails, i already reported this scam site to FBI, please dont pay anything on that site:wave:

all you plz do the same, go to FBI page and report them like i did more reports better

You can make payment via Credit Card. We guarantee NEVER delete file. Don't worry about that.

Please explain your problem. What is 15 dollars ? We not have plan 15$ for premium, we do not have request payout under $20 ? What wrong here ?

I have purchased megaupload, fileserve lifetime premium membership. As for fileserve, the lifetime premium membership is still valid. However, I would like to purchase more storage for backup purpose. I had purchased 1fichier.com lifetime premium membership two days ago (cost me Euro Dollar 60). I did write to them and inquire whether they are able to provide guarantee on not to delete the files (intentionally or accidentally), but they could not provide such assurance. Their lifetime membership is valid for 13 years. Furthermore, they could not provide guarantee on unlimited storage and might change the TOC in the future. This does not provide me with a secure backup storage at all eventhough the lifetime membership fee is cheap.
Is there any expiry date for your lifetime premium membership?
Uploadstation and Filejungle's lifetime premium membership never expire (no expiry date stated).
