Looking for reliable VPS which allows warez linking

My budget is around $60/month and i am looking for VPS which allows warez linking and reliable service. Hosting provider should be able to handle all legal issues and notices and accept payments from non-verified paypal.. I am looking to host a blog kind site.

do infinitetech.in have policy of prepay of 6 month at least for VPS plans and 3 months at least for dedicated servers?

Well our hosting at AmpedHosts does not have a VPS plan yet. But we do offer a lot with you Reseller acoounts. We do allow warez linking but we do not allow direct downloads onto the server. This is our reseller plans..
