Hi I don't understand your last question. But for the rest, the rate varies (currently it is $1.25 - stated on the site), and depends on our ads rate.

For full page script, you mean adding JS coding to your side and has all links switched to ilixin links? If so, we've that ready, but will be made known in few days or so
