Thanks. Network issues are no more. Since switching from ServerBoost/SmartDC to Proserve there is no network issues anymore. Proserve is a TIER3 datacenter, it's the highest classification in the Netherlands.

I have a trouble.. I purchased a vps yesterday.. got confirmation invoice and all and was able to login in to client area..
Then everything in my account went blank
Now i cant even log in. says my email id doesnt exist..
I have send you a PM regarding it..

Please check and sort it out! :'(

If you want to explain why is your location and details different than credit card holders and verify your idendity(passport, driving licence or identity card) please open a support ticket.

I changed in this year one hoster, 2 shitty VPS and now finally I found the right one.
Excellent service, I understand this service better, cause if they would only make money from hosting and not taking care about customer, they would just sell for an higher price the cpanel, but NO they want to make a great service in another way and so they give to the users another cheap control panel for those which dont wanna give more money. This is maybe a good point from my side.

Our Copyrighted Content on KnownSRV

Hi guys, I can't find your contact details on your site? (telephone number?).

I've been spending MONTHS trying to get in contact with you regarding a Warez site which is posting our copyrighted content on your servers, which is clearly against your TOS.

However, we've received only a standard reply each time and no action has been taken...so we're surprised to read your Customer Service has been related to highly. :'(

Can you get back to me ASAP!

How about you try contacting the owner of the site and ask for removal? or better yet report the links to the filehost?

and what copyrighted content are they posting which belongs to you?

Yes we've already contacted the offending site and also contacted the file hosters, but as soon as they're removed they reissue new links...

I think the website are treating it like a game, so KnownSRV need to get involved, esp since it's a WAREZ type site which shouldn't be on their server in the first place (don't they check the sites on their servers?).

I'm sure KnownSRV are great and perhaps it's just a communication problem, but after multiple emails and no replies or action taken - then we're a little disappointed to say the least.

KnownSRV does NOT store your files. You will have to sort that out with file hosts. We only check our IP ranges for malware / spam / ddos. We have zero tolerance on such things.
