How do you calculate?
My downloader are 99% tier 3,
But it is not 1000/$5.
What is going on??

You should not count multiple downloads from same IP in Report.
It makes confuse

are you using a shared ip?? or a proxy ip?

if your using a proxy expect that there are others using your ip..

if not.. you are using a shared ip.. maybe your a broadband or wireless internet.

1 download then 5 mins waiting time to download again..

With the other host file I have no problems
