when u goin to fix remote upload ?? its getting worse

after u moved to new hosting company...RU very fast

but suddenly since last 24 hrs remote struggling...everything slow...there is captcha problem

pls solve all issues ASAP
 
We are already working on it.
The remote upload problem is because of overloaded servers too.
After we got the last servers the speed was very fast because they were not overloaded anymore. But now the traffic growed again by 2x in the past week so we are waiting for new servers to fix the speeds.
On future we will avoid this kind of things.

As about captcha, we are checking the problem right now. For some reasons only some visitors are having this problem - we are trying to find out what's causing this.
We can get back the old captcha but it doesn't provide that much security.
 
After we finish with the servers we will see what we can do on payout table.
Most probably the old rates will be added as for files wich requires premium for download.
And, we will see what countries we will add/remove on Tier 2 and 3.

You mean free users will can't download files anymore??
 
Next week we will receive more powerfull servers wich will solve the problems.
Until then we will try a few more tricks to offer more reliable upload speeds in rush hours.
