you will see in next minutes when total stats page will update.

stats is not real time. it update every 15 minutes.
no panic

Those stats look like my website's stats when it was new and didn't have much traffic.
Either he has all files set to premium or he's sharing some very rare, unique content on his site.
I don't think those stats are possible with posting on forums.
