I see that sales dropped radically, when checking I also see that daily traffic dropped from 200 to 50GB.
Switch to uploadgig, which has more traffic and makes customers more satisfied. And the traffic is very standard. There will be no issue of exceeding the limit despite having surplus traffic.

Reducing the daily download limit from 200GB to 50GB will severely impact sales. As a result, everyone's profit margins will be significantly reduced. May I ask if your company is going bankrupt? Is that why you're making such a decision?

I don't believe users will purchase an additional premium just to get more traffic after using up their daily limit. On the contrary, they will choose to stop purchase from Katfile.

Does the 50GB data limit include upload traffic? If so, that would be disastrous for uploaders. My upload speed has become very slow. I checked and found that I had already uploaded 43GB, and then suddenly lost speed while uploading a 60GB file. Is this because of the 50GB data limit? What a terrible policy!

It appears that the 50GB daily data limit is only restricted to download traffic and does not include upload traffic. It seems I misunderstood. I’m wondering why the daily download limit was reduced from 200GB to 50GB. Could it be an attempt to force those who have already purchased a lifetime membership to buy a new membership again? I only upload resources and rarely download from Katfile. According to my account's download report, there are quite a few members who have purchased lifetime memberships, at least 50-70 such members in total.
Around 2-3 years ago, the lifetime membership fee was only around $200. When there was a record showing $100 in Premium Sales, I knew someone had purchased a lifetime membership. Now, when there's a $200 Premium Sales record, I know someone has purchased a lifetime membership. Over the years, there have been about 50-70 people who purchased lifetime memberships according to my account report. These people only need to purchase once and won’t need to buy again. Therefore, for us uploaders or for Katfile, we can only earn a one-time fee from them.
So, could the 50GB data limit be aimed at these users? However, I think reducing the limit from 200GB to 50GB is too drastic. Movie file sizes are increasing, and some 4K movies are as large as 20-30GB. Personally, I think reducing the limit from 200GB to 100GB would be more reasonable. My current report shows that today’s download volume has decreased by 30%.

Their traffic is very strange. The account shows available traffic. But it cannot be downloaded. Always prompt for exceeding the limit. Katfile has never explained this situation. Many users have provided feedback, Katfile's traffic is not real and has stolen customer traffic. Force users to repurchase. And when users feel that there is a problem with their account, they want to change their password and observe the account. But it prompted not to allow modification. As we said, this is a temporary limit to prevent and identify cheaters and leechers, and soon we will return to the same 200 gigs.We have made good progress so far.
I suggest setting the daily traffic limit to 100GB. This can to some extent reduce congestion and mitigate occasional instances of slow download speeds.

Can you change the download mode? When downloading a file, deduct the traffic of the file size first. For example, when we download a 1GB file, our account will first deduct 1GB of data instead of waiting until the file is completed. Perform a traffic reset at 0:00 am US time. Just like other hosts, the mode of deducting traffic is more accurate. Because many people have given feedback. The traffic is not accurate. As mentioned earlier, this account shows traffic, but cannot download files. It says it has been used up. For example, many people's accounts show that there are 10030MB available. But they cannot download. This is a synchronization problem with your synchronization system.

Well, I really liked using Katfile, but 50 GB for what I paid, no thanks. And I'm not talking about my upload account, but my second account. I don't know what I paid back then, $180 or something for 1 year? @KatFile no offense, but that's a no-go.

I can't understand what premium buyers have to do with cheaters.

This problem is easy to solve. Any account related to alliance accounts with no file uploads or downloads. The alliance account with only sales revenue refuses to pay. When you only need to pay again. Check if there is any download volume in the account.
