I haven't received the money. But the status has been changed to paid.

The underlying logic of katfile is that I have to sacrifice the rights and interests of all users and fight against those cheating users. But I tell you, all cloud services have cheating users. Your behavior is useless to some cheaters who download it on their behalf. And it will bring adverse...

I agree that you should block these accounts, but I do not think they should all be blocked prior to review. Suspicious accounts could be blocked after an inspection; this way, erroneous bans would be avoided. It is unreasonable for compliant accounts to have to bear this risk. For instance...

You mean, other hosts don't pay? Any host pays. It's just that the profits from sales and downloads are different. If the host doesn't solve the problem for the user and creates some problems, which affects the user experience, and the user complains but doesn't solve it or reply to the email...

When you upload, you should use at least two hosts. When one host fails, users who download can download through another host. This will not affect the download volume and sales. Today, I have completely canceled the upload of katfile. When everyone does not use this host to upload, this host...

In view of katfile's inaction, I suggest that you can upload it to nitroflafre or upload42.。。Who will share lifetime account?Is there such a fool?

Your account was banned by administrator. Why many people appear this. They contacted support and didn't reply. 1788351106 @KatFile Please clarify the specific reasons. Why the user did nothing. Just test the speed of the node, and it will be disabled after several attempts. There have been...

Katfile downloads files very slowly. If you try to use a different node, your account will be prompted to be blocked. Of course, it may be automatically lifted after 24 hours. However, many users say that it has been blocked for a long time, which is puzzling. Some logins will have password...

@KatFile Please delete the 2-day plan. Many people have accumulated documents. Bought a two-day plan and downloaded everything. I could have made a higher profit. People no longer buy plans for 30 days or longer.

@KatFile Your current set meal plan is really a mess. Mini 8 plans, Regular 7 plans, PRO 8 plans, t2 4 plans, I don't think it is necessary to set a lot. Delete all plans for 1 day, 2 years and 2 months, Just add 100g to the t2 plan for one day. Otherwise, it will make users look messy.

It's not my account. Many users downloaded from my website have encountered this problem. I was consulted online. I asked for them. I just wonder why there is something wrong with this function.

@KatFile

Function is temporarily blocked due to too frequent password changes until next month. What does this mean? The user forgot the password and refused to modify it? Why is this restriction set? .

Why do I see a large number of resellers selling a one-day premium of 15G/DAY? Is this officially authorized by you? How can we make money like this?

You often change the price, which will ruin your website. Look at rg,nf, and never change the price. There hasn't been much sales since your price increase. In addition, I hope to set your traffic to GT+8 hours automatic reset. Because according to the rolling reset, this invisibly steals the...

@Jeff_K2S https://fhreseller.com/ I have some feedback from users, where the reseller got a premium in the form of an account. I went into the website and saw that the price was very low. That would explain why there is no sale. Because they didn't use the activation code, you can't get sales...

https://premiumkey.vip/?#/goodsList?cid=26 https://wtzlzzyq.cn/item?cat=6 Hello, I have seen you add this cheating merchant again. What I want to tell you is that these two websites come from the same owner. After you banned his website, he applied for a new website and cheated you again.

@@ddownload.com When using the key, it always displays "Error activating premium key". You can try it and you will find the problem. For example, if you purchased a key for 30 days, it should read "Successfully added for 30 days". But your system always displays "Error activating premium...
