@MoradAli89 you are right. This admin thinks we are stupid people... me and others users must not believe in what he says, because after I saw those fake photoshop pics, my trust in this filehost is 0!

This option is actually disabled since we noticed just about 1 from 100.000 visitors is uploading subtitle, but if need this option I can make sure that it will be added.

Thank you, the File Manager is a bit slow we are already aware of this and working to redesign it.

Yes i'm already aware of this trolls are everywhere :)
They don't want to believe that we are better then the most hosts on the market especially when we annonced that we will officially support DASH

my connection is perfectly fine. just letting you know just because i never had a video buffer so poorly. are your servers in north korea on 10mbps line?

I'm from Bulgaria and i don't have buffer problems with jetload videos! All videos from jetload i checked and streaming is very very fast, no buffering for me, probably you a shitti TROLL!

hi thanks for replaying my post.. maybe you can make default disable... but we can activate trough admin panel
or if waste space.. maybe you can make load from url.. or make it temporary for 1 day
few user talking about this because my own player don't have ability doing this..

just note for you... i think you should make this thread for user support and news about your company instead debating concept..
hls, dash or any format if you think that will make your stream server faster and better.. we always agree with you..
my visitor only care about buffering and encode quality.. and no one complain about your server until now..
 
Can you add FTP upload ? And I guess you have a problem with remote upload system, I just put 10 or 20 link to upload and it starts uploading one by one and very slowly and sometimes it just stuck and don't upload

I like your sevice and I hope you fix these issue

Hello,
We are doing our best to fix thos problem as for remote upload if you use another host to do remote will maybe slow but this is not from us.

The same servers that we use for upload are used for remote as well so our servers are extremly fast.

Hello we do support MKV, just to queue is a bit overloaded again we orded already 10 more servers, in 48 hour the encoding should be super fast again
