That was a known bug in our old panel, which has been fixed in our V2 My.jetload.net

-1 Add Clone Upload to API & Dashboard, with ability to choose to include subtitle or not (if video has) , something like this (include_sub= true/false) we will publish it later on on the docs and here.

-3 Allow switching between MP4 format and HLS-DASH ( HLS-DASH is faster!, MP4 is more supported ) so you can choose your favorite format
-4 Fixing the slow thumbnail/splash images
-5 Re-Enabling Remote Upload
-6 Adding ability to choose Custom Splash/Thumbnail Image directly in link (jetload.net/xxx?splash={{ Image URL}
PS: here is a small hidden option for remote subtitles maybe it will be helpful for some:

*make sure to remove the { } symbols

Hello, only 3 servers are affected at moment, all other servers are fine, don't forget that we use HLS+DASH even with heavy overload our videos will not buffer like other platforms who using MP4. we will do today again some important upgrades to be ready for the week-end

Here, upload is even better than every other option existent. My personal upload is 15-20Mb/s so it's more than ok
@Jetload-Jason i understood that you can assign some people the servers they get depending their region... tha'ts why i asked if possible to move me from NL to RO because the videos are not watchable. You watch 3 seconds, 3 seconds stuter, another 3 seconds, another 3 seconds stutter. It's impossible to watch anything like this. I tried myself and almost alt+f4

- We have optimized the system today, we noticed a lot of users using hot links which caused overload to the servers, we have added Hot Link protection now the speed should be a lot better.
- We ordered new servers and confirmed with our DC to deliver them today ( Saturday )

Hello, what do you use Web or Z-o-o-m upload?, if you upload via WEB and face slow speed just refresh the page to get a new or better server
We are really doing our bests here to offer a stable service, As I said only 3 servers were affected if you test some other videos you will notice that they load fast,
Note also that we are adding constantly new servers to improve the system
Most important thing all our videos are working without any errors

Hello, You have used a bug in our system and got paid for over 1700$ for free
If you have let us know about the bug we was able to pay away more then just this amount
But you choosed to keep it hidden and use it to get paid for free, but sadly we detected it.
