Hi.
By any chance can we have the option that the subtitle auto starts if it's present? At this moment it will be visible only if the CC button is pressed by the viewers, but most of them don't know to do that. Thanks in advance.
 
Also i've noticed some errors with subtitles, if you upload more than one subtitle on different files withought refreshind the website, will look like this: https://prnt.sc/pvrm2h
However i uploaded only one subtitle for that particular file, but it was the fifth file that i added subtitle on. Take a look at that please.

Also, when selecting multiple files and then if you click export, you can't distinguish the iframes ... the title of each file mush be added before each iframe so we know what are we selecting.

Hello, our player was tested with Chrome, Opera, Firefox, SAFARI and from Windows, Linux, IOS no problem at all.

We haven't tested Webos or Tizen yet but I think they should be able to play any of our videos

Hello, actually we never received any report about a video without audio, only if the video is still not encoded and original video format has problems with the audio.

opera mini, opera mini beta, puffin, aloha? most browsers are automatically vpn-enabled. run tests with vpn.
 
Hi, I want to know what subtitle format is supported, since I have uploaded .srt, but they are not read by the player. There is also some way to prevent downloading the videos? How to encrypt the url of the video?
