i Have just tested their service for trail. And everything was amazing as they say. Premium services with such a small price.
Also ticket support is very fast and their customer dealing is nice.
i'm busy these days, but i'll definitely use their services in future.

We are sorry to tell you, But our Main shared server node is down.
We have contacted the DC regarding the same. This issue happened due to the Wordpress hack we informed you about in the mail few days ago.
As it's a weekend, the DC's technical department is not available, Though our team is trying their best to rectify the same ASAP.
We will be giving compensation to the customers present on that node as soon as this issue has been taken care off.
We know that Every minute your site is down, you & your visitors suffer.
We would just like you to understand our situation too, as it is the same for us.

Damn, if its true then i lost my 1 month DB/sites. I'm so stupid for not backing up my sites. Good luck to other customer.

Taking regular backups of your site is your personal responsibility too.
We are still trying our best to get our data back from the Backup server. It's an unfortunate hardware fault that we faced. We tried our best to compensate regarding the same.
There is a reason why we have provided you with backup tools in your cPanel & also mailed your about Automatic backup tools to make your task easy.

If we had it, we would have given it to you. As it's our loss only at end of the day.
Data, Customer & Service. I hope you people understand our situation too.

In the opening post of this thread it's said that this host accepts adult content but their AUP doesn't agree with this claim...

Unless "pornography" is not what it's meant with "adult content". So, am I interpreting things wrong or there's a contradiction here?
