We allow some types of Adult content. It actually depends on the case.
If you are linking adult content which are not copyrighted, then it's fine.
If it consists of child pornography, it isn't allowed.

do you permit warez sites , or sites that don't pay attention to the intellectual property rights
and what if you get a complain from us company about a MARK infringement
if yes let me know i need to host just one page that has MARK infringement as soon as possible

Are you going to renew your domain since it's going to expire this July. Just asking though since I have this issue with Hosters registering only for 1 year then Fly-by. Imo.
