but dont you monitor uploaded content?? my dear friend...user will upload child porn as well..then what will you do??...I have uploaded so many images at your website and getting good views...now I am suffering as website is down..you people should have seen uploaded content regularly..now who will take responsibility of loss of money to all the registered users???
 
whenever we recieve a dmca directly we do remove it but i dont know why that company contacted the host instead of us
Lets see whats happens we are waiting for the hosts reply

do not copy the database once a week or once a month ? OMG :))

you are not hosting files , images only

you do not have a database of 8 TB

Such copies so you can execute

Oh u know everything u know thousands of images are uploaded daily and u know our limit is not of 1mb so images size is big so wonder how much space will it take and we dont have really high home connection by which we can download gbs of images
and database can easily be backed up no problem in that
and i dont answer to support tickets my partner does
 
and what about payment that were pending ..who will pay that..?? if you are not scammer then you should clear all pending payment and then you can start new website...who will trust you if you start new website without paying outstading ...??

In the above statements of mine i clearly said we have lost all the files and in all the files the database is also in it so we have no idea whom to pay and what to pay
 
you mean to say..end user needs to suffer who is making you earn with their hard work..

you have made payment to all before few days..on the basis of that payment you can make final payment to users..you must have information of payment made to users through your paypal account..so if one wish can make final settlement and then can start of thinking new website..
 
You are nothing just a cheater we have word hard i have 32.60$ who will pay my payments ??i have all the proof all email and cordination wid u and ur support now what who can pay my payments...

My server is also be suspended because some one send a claim to the datacenter
and not to me
but when i contacted support at data center , 2 hours later my server was back as normal
i only have to remove the pictures and send a mail to the data center with the removed links from the pictures.....
