I just don't want the host get banned as the board admin reviewed and approved it.

After you click on show advanced options did you click on Remote URL upload? How many pics did you remote upload at the same time? I tried 4 before but only 3 successfull upload and the other one i need to do it second time. As for now i tried 2 pics both also successfull, i myself didn't remote upload much so i can't really say if it works well.
