Other Image size problem

I INSTALL MY WORDpress but there is some problems like image size in the front page its looks like this

but the image is too big i want it to look like this

 http://warezgator.net/?cat=9

what should i do ??


also how to make links clickable ??


if someone can tell me all the plugins that i need to make my site looks like this i will be really greatful

If I understant you well, your site is

[COLOR=#333333]http://pirate-bb.com/[/COLOR]

and you want your images to look like

http://warezgator.net/?cat=9

Right?
You can either set your preferences from your functions.php or just hardcode them in your index.php by changing the thumbnail height and width to match your likings. Or if your theme options gives you the choice the size of your images.
