we couldn't increase to $15 .
Premium members have 1TB of Daily BW .

okay , we will not cheat . we are so serious!
you know ? , some of our users are cheating trying to get more money by any way .
what can we do with them :)

you can use Hulkfile even if we don't offer paypal , you will use hulkfile if you wanna offer high quality file hosting for your visitors/users

we have just Adjusted Download Limits , 250 Kbps for Anonymouse & 300Kbps for Registered .

No offense. I will speak frankly ....
If these rates are those, and do not scrape downloads, we can make some $
If hulkshare, how it was fileserve is not worth working with hulkshare.
Simple as that. do not be offended.

please , even don't think about that .
we are so serious in this matter .
and as we mentioned before , our plans are ideal for uploaders who have high traffic , because this high traffic will let them making good money from those plans and we will be more happy to handle this traffic well for you and others :)
 
As I know paypal does not accept mostly longer than 1 month accounts.(like in extabit) or force you to wait 45 days for refund protection for the longer than 1 month accounts.
May be you can sign up with them with small updates
