Yeah , but really we didn't have any idea about this website (hulkshare).
we have to choose between many different names but Hulkfile was comfortable

we wanted to be clear with our users from the beginning , we are starting and we couldn't pay more than our current rates at the moment .

if we receive good sales we may increase our affiliate plans .

It's good to do that, but I know there are uploader say : "why my money is gone!" looool
 
Free and Premium are the same in this , we count multi downloads for same IP / Different files for both .

regarding increasing rates , we can increase all rates to attract users but we will not be able to pay then .this will be fine ?

which means , making money always depends on measure of work what you can do .
our rates are not very low , it's just a plan of success while we are beginning !

Correct , but we also have the same right to earn to upgrade our businees to next level .
we also pay fees and a lot of money to offer good service level .

we hope you help us and for sure we will help you when we are ready for that .

- our admins have no problem with any kind of files uploaded to our servers , but try to rename your files with something unknown to the public if you are not sure it's violating copyrights or not .

This could actually end up with you having more downloads therefore more $$ even with a lower rate :) :)

Both points are bad, first one is the worst though
 
our staff is flexible and can understand this point .
we may avoid those 2 points in the near future , but as you mentioned in your reply , we offer low rate but we also offer reliable service .

as you know , no thing is perfect :)

also i want to mention to this point :
we have an exclusive billing system , and we can reward our hard working users by make them avoid those conditions in some weeks .
