as stated above getting same slow speeds on uploading and ive tried from 3 different servers ,,, though download speeds are a lot faster

Guest 1mb to 1.5mb

Registered 3mb

Upload speed it painfully slow, 5min to upload 1gb file on 1gb connection

I get good speed in every 1 in 5 file i upload. pls check the old servers

Download speed is so inconsistent one file you will get 3mbs to 4mbs next file or 2 you get 200kbps to 350kbps :facepalm:

I see some people request to upgrade their account. Are there any pre requirements I should satisfy to do this?
Also how do I know which rank I have? I get more than 5000 downloads per week. So I should be in Silver rank. Is it upgraded automatically?
