Few questions...

Does Gold partnership 33% mean that when Tier 1 gives 25$/10K, it's actually gonna be 25+8.25 i.e. 33.25?

Secondly. is there any % for webmaster along side to download rates? I see the feature of adding meta tags to my site, but no other mention?

Also, what's the speed for downloaders? And here in OT you have rates based on sizes, but on site you have all sizes from 2MB upwards... which is it?
