I strongly suggest anyone looking for reliable hosting to look for another provider right away. In all honesty, the servers are terribly slow, unstable and whatever crap you can think of - and this has been going on for MONTHS! No matter what new specs/maintenance/etc they promised, the servers remained as crappy as they always were. I also assume they are oversold to no end, but I'm not the first one to think that.
 
Server is going to get optimized at the moment. We are going to take SQL offline as we work on it. Please stand by.

Update: Server has been optimized. Will be optimized even more in a few hours.


Update 2: New hardware on the way, also brand new servers have been ordered and should be here by tomorrow.

HostMyWarez, answer the ticket please... I got account suspended this morrning... no reason, no support yet.... please just need to know if you can provide a serious service---
 
Hello,

If you were suspended that means your account has used over 25% CPU. We are still waiting on our servers to be set up by the datacenter so we can move those people to them.

i dont have much to say but i was disappointing in all service i had..way i see it bad wording on what you do and bad for friends to waste there time..

We are back on track! Our brand new servers are up and running. Anyone who was suspended because of high cpu usage. Just make a ticket with title "suspended" and we will move your account to the new server!

PS :Luckily I was supposed to host for backup, but what about people who have a main homepages hosted from you, I wish them luck, I will not ruin for $ 3 but it is not the way!!!!

We do not give refunds.. We had it in the TOS in over a year. If you have a problem with your account make a support ticket.
