Hi,

This has been fixed, please let me know if it is OK on your end.

Thanks,
Danny

OKAY, so here they refused a refund WAY before it was requested. Okay that's fine...
Details were sent on August 7th 11AM

So here I requested OS change
Me
Client 07/08/2012 20:23
Thanks, works

sorry but can you do FreeBSD 9? or no?

Then I requested a refund a second time on the 8th at 5:23AM, that is less than 24hours.

For all you simpletons, 24hours would be at 11AM to 11AM the next day
Me
Client 08/08/2012 05:23
Way too slow support, please refund me

Here he didn't even acknowledge my request for refund

Umm what?

I don't recall that 11AM to 5AM the NEXT day is 24hours PLUS I requesteed refund WAY before it was even setup.

Good going, paypal time and wjunction time, you messed with the wrong guy, I anit stupid

I have really doubt that Are you serious on your business?

I am using a server of you and i must say the server is awsome. realy awsome. awsome speed. But
The worst support i have ever met. As a Host owner you must come online for minimum 1 hour daily. If you are too busy why are you not hiring someone who can give support and be online??
I had a plan to work with you for a long term.
Now i must say I will leave you. My server will be expired on 15th august and i have already started searching for a good host. It was good having your server. :(

If I see any changes of your support. I will be back. [Frankly speaking: I dont want to leave this server But now I am bound.]

Hi,

I am very sorry you feel this way, there are two of us that provide technical support, most tickets are answered in under 6 hours. We offer IP KVM with all our VPS range and the service is unmanaged.

Thanks,
Danny

From Today:

Hi,

There are three of us that can reply to tickets :)

Thanks,
Danny

From the 12th:

Hi,

I am very sorry you feel this way, there are two of us that provide technical support, most tickets are answered in under 6 hours. We offer IP KVM with all our VPS range and the service is unmanaged.

Thanks,
Danny

You added someone to answer tickets in 4 days? Do they also do technical support or just answer tickets?

What I find interesting is that you have double, or triple the number of folks working tickets, yet the complaints about your support keep rolling in.

Your definition of unmanaged is also interesting, filesystem errors and system crashes of your seedboxes, I seem to remember you claiming those were not managed either. Seems short of a machine being on fire, the best your support could do was reboot - so you added a guy who does nothing more than reboots?

Hi,

I am unsure what you mean when it comes to technical support paragraph.

We have 000's of active servers, we are bound to have complaints about the service. On the whole most customers and re sellers are happy with the service we provide.

Can I ask if you have any issues at the moment with your service that you feel has not been rectified? I will look at this personally.

Thanks,
Danny

i have a semi s (seedbox) since a week and it's working fine for me, setup time and support are ok for me. a good seller with small prices (it's just my opinion)

That is what I thought, until things go wrong.

Good Price. Good Speed...as long as you are paying for a working machine. A machine that is down, and you can't reach support, or can't get support, or are told that it ain't their problem. Speed 0MB/s, price too high.

000? You have what hundreds ( nnn ) or thousands ( nnnn) servers? And only 2 or 3 people supporting them? Might begin to explain why you have so many requests for refunds....in just this thread.

Sounds just like when you blamed your customer for server problems "We have this template on hundred of machines, so it can't be us and you have an unmanaged service", remember how that turned out? It was your problem, you offered a refund.

As to complaints about service, you've had widespread defections. Your support is so bad that angry people who are no longer your customer post messages like this.

Hi Weasel,

To be honest the only customer who does not have an active server and complains is you!

As stated in another thread (WHT) you have not had a service for about 3 months, how can you possible comment on the state of support when you have not experienced it after new staff and practices have been put in place...

Thanks,
Danny

Danny,

3 months with 100TBh, a year with SeedBoxOne. You moved me twice, once from SeedboxOne to a seedbox with 100TBh, then to a VPS. All three times (including my exit) the moves were due to your inability to support your service. During the time I was at SeedBoxOne, I received at least three months cumulatively in free usage, because of problems. So yes this is history, but betrays an attitude towards support that seems to continue.

I may be the only one that posts here, that wouldn't include the folks you recently billed that don't have service with you any longer. I know three of them, they all three left your service because of the support. Two of them wrote you complaining about being billed for service they don't have. I also received a bill. Couple people responded with a WTH? They are yet to hear anything. That happened late last month, how are those new procedures working out?

One of the folks that left less than three months ago, accidentally discovered that you had unsecured public access to all of your accounts, including names, dates, machine details. They tried to alert you to the problem...for over two weeks, finally you responded in a befuddled fashion.

They all three have seedboxes with someone else now, and are happy with your competitors.

It appears that from previous postings, your procedures are a work in progress, on the 12th of this month, you had two people providing support, then on the 16th you claim you had 3. I know that as late as May it was still just you.

If people are considering getting your very inexpensive service, I'd highly recommend they read this thread, threads over at WHT, and at TorrentInvite - all three places you are largely excoriated for your support. They also should have a firm understanding of what unmanaged means.

Here's hoping you find a solution to your problems.

Weasel
