That sounds like a claim or guarantee that you failed to meet to me. You set a expectation and now you say you did not?


User: If you have payment processor recourse I advise you to use it.

Vendor: I think you need to rethink your marketing strategies.
 
Hi WD,

I have never had a VPS fail to get the full 1GBiT. To comply with wJunction I am willing to change the wording. Let me know what you think needs changing.

Don't use 100TBh

I proved you that I couldn't reach more than 50-60mbps! I had 15 VDS servers from you! Each of them was working same! What more you want? You're advertising something you don't offer! I payed with 2CheckOut. They sayed I have to contact seller to ask him for refund..
 
If you never plan on using 2co again you can charge back depending on who was the payment originator (CC,PP,EFT, etc.)


Vendor: I suggest you change to reflect what the users receive, I charge to write ads for others.

Okay, thanks a lot WDF. I will open disputes on PayPal for all payments done to 100TBh. Hope this will solve things. Also I will write to 2Checkout again giving link to this forum. Thank you WJunction

That's the reason I hate fuking leaswebs. Because leaswebs, Ecatel this companies use HE.NET (Awful Networking or IPs). Not get it? O I explain - Leaswebs has a server at NL location other hand their network cover by HE.NET or Cognizant who clam they has 10GBPS worldwide networking which is a lie they barely has 100mbps. The result is Low Speed network allover the world with Full overselling.

- 100TBH using Leaswebs server (The server network already highly oversold) and they offer you 1gbit. So when you try download obviously you only using DC's Network so you got the speed.. But when you try upload - The uploading site server if at US or France you get dead speed.. It's nothing 100TBH fault,, you see,,

Yes is 100TBH's fault. They promise something and doesn't give you. It's not my problem where and how he has guaranteed or not bandwidth with his provider. Once he guarantees me the 1gbps dedicated port, once on website and once on Skype, and he can't give me the 1gbps dedicated ports on VDS, I have all reasons to ask him for a refund. Not saying about no support and rest of big list of problems... I just want now to receive refund for all servers I buyed from him. I have a disabled account, no servers, no money. Is leaseweb responsable for this?
 
Hi Alex,

The problem is that you did have the speed, for about 2 months you had no problems then suddenly because you was getting 6-700mbps off a single thread you wanted a refund. Nothing had changed in that time You then proceeded to DDOS 100TBh.com and threaten me and my staff, regardless of what you thought of 100TBh you broke the law and decided to attack our servers, this voided your contract with us.

- If He disabled your server for no reason or a fake/bad reason - So you can ask for money back is cool.
- But that is your fault you fall for a Cheap offer.. 1Gbps dedicated Unlimited connection for 26Euro? Are you STUPID? Or VDS with dedicated connection? - Is that even possible? VDS = Virtual Dedicated Server, This kind of server only not share the HDD or RAM virtually not the network but end of the day it's a part of a dedicated server. LOL!
 
Please provide proof of this dos?

Too much bs and my time in this thread today, someone is getting a infraction at the minimum if it does not end.

I did not disable to servers until after the DDOS attack.

@ravim. Danny sayed he has 10gbps connections on each node. vDs - virtual Dedicated server = some resources are dedicated like HDD , RAM or CPU. I asked him lot of times about connection on node and he sayed that each node has 10gbps connection. That's why I belived him. I don't care about DDoS attacks you get on your site. As I sayed, you have a lot of enemies (lot of them posting on forums like wj). Even if i would use one of your server for flood, you should suspend that server, not entire account. You're coming here with no proves of what you say, just for stealing money from people like me.

I don't know of any company that would allow a contract to run when a user has attempted to take down the business with it's own server....

As I am a reseller of your service, it's possible that one of my clients used your server for attacks. I can't be sure about this, as you closed all servers with no notice. When exactly DDoSed and what server? I don't have any contact to you since you ignored me on Skype... Anyway I asked you for refund 2 days ago and you refused without telling me anything about any DDoS attack. I ask you a simple question? Why you didn't refund?

I have asked you before if you resold and you said no. I am not talking about this any more on here. You stated on Skype chat you was going to take down my website, then 3 of your VPS nodes are sending a DDOS. I did what I had to do to keep the 000's of other customer working and terminated your service. If you provide me with the email addresses and transaction details for the resold customers I am willing to bring them online, if this is true it is not fair if they were cut off for your actions. But they must continue there contact with 100TBh, you are not to have any servers on our nodes. If you need anything else in regards to payments please contact 2Checkout.

First of all please remove photo of me from public access.
First you sayed I DDoS-ed your site with one VDS, now you say i DDoS-ed it with 3?? Be honest... Me and nobody here i think doesn't like liars. It's true I sayed I WOULD bring your site down, because me and my clients where not satisfied. That's not a proof that I have TAKED it down! Show please print screens on pages where I requested refunds and didn't received. Or 10000 of problems with no response.

Full refund wasn't offered. I still have the mails from him telling that he can't refund. Probably he showed you old conversations about refund. The last 15 servers i had with him wasn't refunded. I payed for 1 month and all was disabled after 2 days. Also if he was flooded from a server hosted by him that doesn't mean I flooded him. Possible he flooded itself from one of my suspended servers to have reason to not refund and be less guilty on WJ and other forums. That's one possiblity. Other possibly is that one of my clients flooded him (i'm reseller). Anyway this doesn't mean he had to disable all servers. The TOS clearly specifies that if any hack activity is suspected on servers, the PROBLEM SERVER is disabled with no refund. Not entire account with ALL servers. He didnt warn me. Just deleted my account and suspended all servers. Anyway his TOS was violated lot of times by him (i wrote in my other posts on this thread). My 100tbh account was definitely eligible for a refund, before any attack or things invented in last moment by him. 100tbh remains a scam for me and for many others. I just want my money back. By the way, I'm alexxxutz, the unjustly banned one. See you in court mr. Aston
