About your problem, it is a software (rapidleech) related problem and in an unmanaged service, you have to manage this yourself. You had to same problem with your previous host, this means that there is nothing wrong with the server but the software you are using.

HostHatch :- Its issue with Apache Linux I guess bcoz I had same issue on Knowinserver VPS but they installed Light speed then this issue got solved.
When I try to download or upload 10+ files so Rapidleech getting full dead
Its really strange. I had make ticket let c what they say now :facepalm:
 
Champ of Champs@ I'm glad to see your issue has been fixed by you installing the new CentOS 64bit OS (I'm posting here incase someone else has the same problem, so he/she knows how to fix it) :)

safefake@ It is a US law so it applies on our US VPS but not on the Netherlands ones.

Nishantpatel@ Helpdesk is not Live chat only. As I said, please open a ticket, there is nothing publicly saying it is offline/online so I'm not sure how you figured that out as you haven't opened a ticket. Our helpdesk is 24/7 and most tickets are replied to under an hour.

Spamming us everywhere won't help. You've emailed us, opened a ticket, messaged me on WJunction, posted in this thread. All our orders are instantly setup but yours was marked fraud because NO information was correct (address, phone number, country etc). You were told that in the email which you did not reply to after that and have PM'd me on WJunction and posted here since. Please read that email, and reply to it so we can process your order.
