Even if I download 8 files at the same time, I will be thrown down and my programs will be closed!

If support kicked you out it means you are overloading system and other users are complaining because of you.
Do understand its shared service, you can see last sentence in my reply I asked you to not overload system always.
If you do, you will be stopped by us.

And we can't continue replying here for support related issues.
Please use ticket next time or send me PM.

That unidentified network is just another port in server in which ip is configured, it's not an issue you can ignore it.

And please send me your email using pm so I can check what happened with you.
 
before i buy rdp from hostdzire i use to buy from many companies but i never have a good support then i find hostdzire and ibuy 4 rdp from them and i realy get amazing the way that they try there best to help and fix any problems and the importent thing that they do this in very amazing and fast way .. since i start with them never have any problems and never lose any importent information even when my rdp expire they warn me and do there best to not lose information in the same time they give what they say 10000%
 
The 10gbit servers are either permanently overloaded or throttled


HostDZire only allows 2-3 upload files, which is nonsense at 10GBit.
I get a similar issue today, HostDzine said that my RDP "overloading network". I use RDP of HostDzine over 4 years but this is the first time I get this issue, they said that each user have 10-12TB bandwidth per month.
I don't think that I used bandwidth more than many last months and reached limit over 10TB. Currently, my RDP can't sign in and I waiting for a reply from them.

So you got banned for bandwidth overloading ?
We just dont ban or send warning to every user..
If you think you dont use high bandwidth, take a vps with 5TB monthly bandwidth and see your uses :)

In same screenshots you can see we dont allow network overloading too ( we just didnt gave full details about it like cpu uses )
And what do you think ? in shared service we will allow network overloading?

If you dont like our service or terms you can simply buy from others, after that you will realize we were best, i agreed for remaining days refund too.
We dont want you to regret, if you regret simply take refund of remaining days and take from other providers.
This is our attitude :)
We are inviting you to test others after that you will know whose terms & service were better.

Pay attention. Some filhosts are banning their IPs.
Not our ip, everyone's IP :)
In your case it was filefactory who banned ip, and you blamed us, in real its not our side fault or problem.

We had a client in wjunction who used our rdp and one other company rdp and had similar issue.
Everyone explained him, tried to make him understand that its not rdp providers fault.


Anyway you can only ask filehost to unban ip.
There is no other solution.
