I losed everything in my account (1 year old). Support is trying to restoring.
Really a horrible experience.

Days ago i buy new rdp server and im really disappointed.
Very slow rdp. Browsers crash every time.
Support is aways offline. Don`t have time to send tickets. I need to work, but can`t..

same experience here. i'm wasting many time on tickets reporting browser crashing, due to users that abuse resources. they do not enforce the rules which they set themselves. the only thing they do is log out such user instead of banning him, which causes that the situation is constantly repeated, not allowing others who follow the rules, work normally.

i've been with them for a few years, but what is happening now makes me look for a better service.
 
Once again today, getting kicked mid-upload to lose progress and a few hours of valuable time.
Gotta love those mysterious reboots, that make you lose progress too.
RDP getting stuck happens too often.

Well i'm not understand with Hostdzire. My RDP banned because of "Always Abuse network bandwidth"

I'm using Zoom uploader with 2Gbps RDP and only set 2 file per time for uploading, the speed reached 100Mb/s. So what your expectation user buy RDP for? If you not allowed for high bandwidth usage why not you make the speed limited for each user? Do you think i can lower the speed for uploading myself?
 
The 2Gbit SSD Rdp budget plans are false!! HostDzire advertise as you get 2Gbps but you will only get 1Gbps speed when you upload a file! The only speed 2Gbps is related to is the download, but it struggles to get to that speed. I have left them and switched to coinrdp which truly have 2Gbps plans.

Host Dzire limits the upload speed on these budget plans.. the service is misleading and that is the reason I left you!
